TERMS OF SERVICE FOR LISTING

You have been directed to this page since you have expressed your interest to list your Service provider or,and AI website on our search engine or you are interested in claiming a Service Provider / AI website which is already listed on our search engine under free listing.

We validly assume that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to this Terms of Service (ToS) prior to and on availing the services. You shall not register or, utilise the Services provided by RANKRIZERS OF LOGICRANKS, if You do not agree with any of the terms in this ToS. Your registration/usage of our Services shall be deemed acceptance of this ToS and all terms and conditions herein. A legally valid contract is executed once You agree to the ToS by clicking “I Agree” and You shall be bound by these terms until termination.

This Document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

Introduction
1. RankRizers is a global search engine designed to help users find the best digital and non-digital service providers, as well as AI companies, tailored to their needs. With advanced filtering options, it enables users to easily discover the most suitable service providers and AI solutions from a vast directory, ensuring precision and convenience. It serves as a dedicated platform for connecting businesses and individuals with top-rated services worldwide. The intellectual property rights of RANKRIZERS is owned by M/s Logic Ranks, a partnership firm formed under the laws of India having its office at Door No.54/8/10, First Floor, Builtech Towers, Pappanamcode PO, Thiruvananthapuram - 695018, Kerala State.
2. The terms “RANKRIZERS”, “LogicRanks”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, and “www.rankrizers.com”, shall mean and include M/s Logic Ranks. The term “You”, “Your”, “Yours”, “User” shall mean to denote the Company/ Corporation/ Partnership Firm/ LLP/ Society/ Trust/ Proprietary concern/ Individuals (hereinafter Business) which has registered at www.rankrizers.com and deems to include such authorised user(s) (Authorised Users) operating under the Business.
Applicability
1. This ToS shall come into effect upon registration and activation of Your account and on registration, and subject to the terms and conditions of this ToS, you would be able to list your Service Provider or AI website on RANKRIZERS or claim ownership of a website already listed under the listings on RANKRIZERS. By accepting this ToS, you further unconditionally agree to be bound by any amendments to the terms and conditions of this Agreement or to such terms and conditions as are incorporated herein by reference.
2. All the terms and conditions and policies including the Privacy Policy, Disclaimers and Terms of usage of third-party service providers included as a reference herein if any, constitutes the terms of Your usage of the Service and forms part of this ToS.
3. If you do not agree to any of the terms, please refrain from registering and using our services.
Registration
1. Registration is not mandatory. However, if you are claiming a listed website or want to list your service provider or AI website on our search engine, you have to register. The changes or revisions in the registration process and procedures and pricing shall be periodically updated. We reserve the right to refuse the service to anyone for any reason at any point of time without assigning any reasons. Registration per se is free however, we shall charge you for listing your service provider or AI website listing and such other facilities.
2. Eligibility: You are eligible to register only if:
  1. You are an individual, company, body corporate, LLP, partnership firm, proprietary business, who/which owns the service provider or AI website to be listed or already listed in RankRizers.
  2. You may authorise an individual (Authorised User) who is above 18 years of age and who is competent to enter into a valid contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to register. Persons who are ‘incompetent’ to contract, including minors, undischarged insolvents etc., are not eligible to register or utilise the Services.
  3. The User shall have the complete authority to register on Your behalf. Such individual may be your agent, employee, director, partner or proprietor and we validly presume that your Authorised User is competent to contract. We shall not be responsible and shall have no liability in the event such person is an incompetent person to enter into a valid agreement. In such event You shall ratify the acts of such person and all such actions of such person shall be binding on You as if done by a competent person.
  4. You and/or your Authorised User including completely and unconditionally agree to all the terms and conditions of this ToS including those policies, terms, conditions which are incorporated herein by way of reference.
3. To register, you can use your verified Google profile credentials. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to know more about how we process your personal information.
Payment
1. The service is provided to you on a subscription model which can be annually or monthly based on your preference. The payment plan can be viewed here, which is subject to change. In case of a registered member, we shall provide you with a notice of the change in payment plans at-least 30 days in advance.
2. You hereby agree to pay the periodic subscription fee to avail the service. We currently have one plan – Premium plan where you get the RANKRIZERS verified check and other facilities. Selection and subscribing to a plan is essential for claiming/submitting your service provider or AI website and such submission/claim shall be active only once the payment is made and shall continue till the time you pay the periodical subscription fee. You may upgrade your plan at anytime by payment of the proportionate fee for the rest of the term. However, you would have to wait till the end of your subscription term for downgrading your plan.
3. GST and taxes, as applicable shall be levied on the subscription fees as per the prevailing laws in India.
4. We utilise the services of Razorpay, which is a payment aggregator for making payments online. Once you click on payment, you will be directed to their website where you would be required to key in your bank/card information. We do not access or collect your financial information under any circumstances. For any transaction related queries or issues, please contact your bank directly. You shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the payment aggregator, which shall be deemed to be a part of this ToS. You can view the terms and conditions here.
Claiming or Submitting your AI website
1. For submitting your service provider or AI website for listing, please go through the tool submission details. The process shall be completed only once you make the required payment and subject to the terms of this ToS.
2. You cannot claim/submit and we will not accept/list your AI Website unless:
3. We reserve the right to refuse the claim/submission if we at our sole discretion, determine that you have not complied with clause 5.2 above.
Our Service
On completion of the submission/claim of your Site, we provide the following service based on your payment plan.
1. Listing – on successful approval of submission and payment of subscription, your Site shall be listed on RankRizers. On successful claim/submission, your Site listing shall be under the relevant category with a short description about your service, ownership etc. Your Site would also get a “RankRzer’s verified check”.
2. Premium Profile – After completing the payment for the premium listing fees, you can upgrade to the Premium Profile Plan to enjoy the following benefits as per the Pricing Page:
  1. Founder and company description – you can add your company profile and that of your founder along with a photograph of your founder, provided the description matches that of your submission/claim application details.
  2. Case study links – upto a maximum of 20 case studies which are already present in your Site may be added.
  3. Video Links - Upto 5 video links
  4. Make an Appointment button : A Make an Appointment button where you can link your appointment schedule page.
3. You understand and acknowledge that all uploads are subject to our approval.
Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
1. Logic Ranks represents that it owns or holds the license to any and all title, rights and interest in copyright and other Intellectual Property Rights in “RankRizers” and the services rendered.
2. You hereby agree and acknowledge that you shall not acquire any title, rights and interest in copyright and other Intellectual Property Rights in LogicRanks and the services rendered, including any modifications, enhancements etc.
3. You undertake and represent that you are the owner of the intellectual properties with respect to your Site and have the right to claim/submit the Site and shall be solely responsible for your services, contents and data, which are uploaded by you.
4. You hereby provide us with a royalty free worldwide non-exclusive license to use your logo, name and contents (which are either provided by you or sourced from your website) for displaying on RankRizers for the listing purpose. We understand that any logo or trademark used on your listing belongs to you and we do not claim any rights on the same.
5. You further agree and understand that RankRizers is merely a platform/search engine which lists out service providers or AI websites.
Your Responsibilities and Obligations
1. You shall be entirely responsible for your Site, your contents, services etc., and we shall not be liable for any adverse outcome due to improper services, handling of data etc. You shall be entirely responsible for keeping your details properly updated on the Site, and we shall not be responsible for any loss/ damages incurred to end customers due to improper service, technical defaults.
2. You hereby unconditionally agree that You will not, provide any service or post or transmit, or let Your Authorised Users post or transmit, on your Site or via RankRizers:
  1. any contents or materials containing profanity;
  2. any service or materials that are illegal;
  3. any contents or materials which are false, inaccurate or misleading;
  4. any material containing viruses or other malicious /harmful codes currently known or futuristic, or any other disruptive or harmful components;
  5. contents that contain cyber bullying, spams, junk or other related material;
  6. any false, defamatory, inaccurate, libellous, tortuous, abusive, vulgar, hateful, racist, bigoted, sexist, harassing, threatening, inflammatory, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, pornographic, child pornographic, promoting or providing assistance involving violence, significant risk of death or injury, or other unlawful activities and/or objectionable materials and contents;
  7. any contents or material which may infringe or misappropriate any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights unless You obtain rights therein;
  8. contents that violates or infringes the privacy or publicity or other rights of any party;
  9. materials or contents that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
  10. contents that contain advertisement, solicitations, links to illegal activities including but not limited to money laundering, gambling etc;
  11. contents or materials that hurts the religious sentiments or instigate hatred between communities, castes, people following different religious beliefs or any material which threatens the unity and integrity of India;
  12. any content or material or service which violate any law or statute; or which violates consumer protection, engages in unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising etc;
  13. any content or material which could be harmful or potentially harmful to our server structure as determined at our sole discretion, including without limitation overloading our technical infrastructure;
3. You hereby unconditionally agree that you shall provide service only for legal and legitimate purposes and shall not provide the services directly or indirectly for any illegitimate purposes and shall at all times comply with this ToS.
4. You shall not, while utilising RankRizers:
  1. Access, tamper with, penetrate or use – Our servers, computers, (including those of our 3rd party service providers), or other parts of our software which do not for part of your plan.
  2. probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures;
  3. interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), or otherwise unauthorisedly access the use any customer/client of RankRizers/LogicRanks including, without limitation, sending a virus, malicious code, overloading, flooding, spamming, our services, or by scripting the creation of your content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on RankRizers/LogicRanks.
  4. Attempt to duplicate RankRizers by reverse engineering or any other methods.
  5. sublease your account to third parties.
5. You understand and agree to the following:
  1. Categorisation: You may provide the category of your Site while claiming/submission however, the final confirmation as to categorisations shall rest with RANKRIZERS / LOGICRANKS.
  2. Description of services: You have the right to edit the description of your services, however such edits shall be subject to our approval.
  3. Upvotes and bookmarking: Upvoting and bookmarking of your Site is permitted only for registered End User and not a casual browser of RANKRIZERS. You shall not involve in any malpractice to gain upvotes and such practices may result in termination of your account.
  4. Ratings and reviews: Registered End Users are permitted to provide ratings and reviews regarding your Site and service. We are not liable for any negative ratings or reviews by End Users. In the event you believe such ratings/reviews are not justified, you are encouraged to reply to such reviews on our platform. We would be taking down any reviews or replies which do not conform to our policies.
Third Party Services
1. We utilise the service of various third party service providers in bringing you this Service. While availing our Services, You hereby agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of the third party service provider whose services We utilise. You may go through the terms and conditions/terms of usage of these third-party services providers below.
Disclaimers and Warranties
1. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED AND STATED IN THIS ToS, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE MAKE NO CLAIMS, WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, AND WE EXPRESSLY WAIVE AND DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL IMPLIED CLAIMS, WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE.
2. RANKRIZERS is only a platform for listing your Site. We do not guarantee any level of reach or hits.
3. We endeavour to keep our services to be error free and secure however, we shall not be liable for any data loss, corruption or damages cause due to any virus, malicious codes, server breakdowns, hacking etc.
4. We do not guarantee an uninterrupted service as the uptime depends on several factors beyond our control including but not limited to your uptime, uptime of the cloud service where we have hosted our applications etcetera. Services may also be interrupted when some of the contents posted by you or our customers does trigger our (including our service provider’s) malicious code and virus blocking system and we take no responsibility of such interruptions even in cases of false triggers.
5. You are responsible for maintaining and properly updating your data on your account and we shall not be liable for any loss, damages incurred by you or your customers due to improper updation from your end.
6. You are responsible for all contents and services by you and your Authorised Users. We will not be responsible or liable for any contents or services through our services and shall not be responsible for any consequential damages.
7. We shall not be liable for any default, loss of data or interruption in Services attributable to events beyond our reasonable control. Such events (the “Force Majeure Events”) shall include but not limited to acts of God, fires, explosions, accidents, unusually severe weather conditions, pandemics, embargoes, wars, riots, labour disputes, strikes, governmental requirements, hacking, server mal-functioning, issues with our third-party service providers and any other similar events.
Indemnification
1. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any third-party claim, action, dispute, or demand related to your use of our service and for violation of any of the provisions of this ToS, or from your placement or transmission of any materials or content onto the our (our service provider’s) servers. Such liabilities may include, but are not limited to, those arising from the following: (i) infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property rights; (ii) defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, or violation of the rights of privacy or publicity; and/or (iii) spamming, or any other offensive, harassing or illegal conduct or violation of the acceptable uses described herein or anti-spam policy; (iv) any damage or destruction to our scripts/ servers/ equipment or to any of our clients or customers, which damage is caused by or otherwise results from your acts or omissions including those of your designates and Authorised Users; (v) any personal injury or property damage arising out of your activities related to your listings or services provided by you; and (vi) any other damage arising from your actions or omissions.
2. You further agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, dispute, litigation, damages and cost including reasonable attorney’s fees resulting from any End User claim, action, dispute, or demand related to the use of your service.
3. This section (11) shall survive termination of this ToS and shall be applicable in perpetuity.
Limitation of liability
1. You shall be solely responsible for the consequence of: (i) listing your Site on RANKRIZERS; and (ii) the use of your services by End Users.
2. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, cost or expenses of any kind, whatever and however caused whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, including loss of production, loss of or corruption of data, loss of profit or of contracts, loss of operation time or loss of goodwill or anticipated savings, even if we were advised of their possibility.
3. It is hereby made clear that our total liability (whether in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise) under or in connection with this ToS and any other agreement with you relating to the Services or based on any claim for indemnity or contribution shall not exceed the sum of service fees paid to us for a period of 6 months.
4. This section (12) shall survive termination of this ToS and shall be applicable in perpetuity.
Suspension and Termination of Service
1. In the event of any violation of the provisions of this ToS including but not limited to non-payment of subscription fee or on reliable written complaint from End Users alleging violation of any law, issue in service including but not limited to disparaging content or intellectual property violation, then RANKRIZERS/LOGICRANKS at its sole discretion after intimating you in writing with or without any reasons adduced, may suspend your listing.
2. Suspension shall specifically include temporary disabling of your listing for such periods as mentioned in clause 13.3 below.
3. In the event of any such suspension you will be notified and given an opportunity to correct such breach. In the event that such breach is not corrected within 3 days of the receipt of such notice the account may be terminated under Section 13 of this ToS. No refunds requests shall be entertained for or during the period of suspension of your account.
4. We may terminate your account upon a breach committed by you as mentioned in sections 13.1 to 13.3. Notwithstanding anything stated in section 13, we shall have the right to directly terminate your account without suspending your account on account of a serious breach or on directions received from authorities including government, judiciary and/ or law enforcement.
5. We may terminate your account by refusing to renew your subscription at our sole discretion without assigning any reason. You may terminate your account and listing from RANKRIZERS at anytime however, no request for refund shall be entertained in case of a termination before completion of subscription period.
6. Upon termination, your listing and its contents shall be completely removed from RANKRIZERS. However, We shall delete your data only after a period of 90 days from date of termination, unless you request immediate deletion. The sole purpose of keeping your data for a period of 90 days is to enable a smooth start in case you opt to avail our services again.
7. Termination does not extinguish your liability in terms of unpaid dues towards us nor does it extinguish our rights to damages in case of a breach of any of the terms in this ToS.
Refund Policy
1. We at RANKRIZERS/LOGICRANKS are committed to providing quality services and resources through our service providers / AI company database platform. Once payment is made for any services, subscriptions, or access to RANKRIZERS / LOGICRANKS, we regret to inform you that refunds will not be granted. It is imperative to thoroughly assess and evaluate your requirements before finalizing any purchase on RANKRIZERS / LogicRanks. The decision to make a payment is considered final and non-refundable. We encourage all users to take advantage of any free trials or demos provided to evaluate the suitability of our services before making any financial commitment.
2. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is desired. However, our policy strictly adheres to the principle that once a transaction is completed and payment is received, it is non-refundable. We value your understanding and cooperation in this matter. If you have any inquiries or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.
Modification
1. We hereby reserve the rights to modify or update any of the terms of this ToS without a direct intimation to you. However, we may exhibit a general notification on our website to that effect. You are required to periodically check the ToS for any changes or modifications.
Assignment
1. You shall not assign or transfer any or all of your rights acquired under this ToS to any third party either for free or otherwise. You shall not share Your account details or part or the whole of this service with any third party or entity.
2. We may assign the responsibility of providing the services, to our affiliates, associates including subsidiary, parent company or sister concerns without any notice to you provided such assignment will not cause any interruption in the services.
Dispute Resolution
1. Any dispute, differences or controversy of whatever nature howsoever arising under or out of or in relation to this ToS (including its interpretation) shall, in the first instance be attempted to be resolved amicably by conciliation, and if not resolved by conciliation shall be finally decided by reference to arbitration subject to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
2. RANKRIZERS / LOGICRANKS shall be eligible to appoint a sole arbitrator.
3. The venue of such Arbitration shall be KERALA - State, India and language of Arbitration shall be English.
4. The arbitrator shall make a reasoned award (the “Award”) and such award shall be final and binding on the Parties.
Jurisdiction
1. This ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. In any case, for supervisory and injunctive relief, this Agreement and any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of city of , India. The Courts in will have the exclusive jurisdiction to govern the provisions of this ToS.
