Which email ID should I use for registration?

Use your company's official email ID, not a personal one. This helps us verify your business and keep your listing professional.

What does the 'Country' field mean?

The 'Country' field indicates the location of your company’s headquarters or the country where you prefer your invoice to be issued.

How can I switch from a User profile to a Vendor profile?

After registering and logging in as a User, you can upgrade to a Vendor profile by clicking the 'Get Listed' button at the top right of the page. This action allows you to start listing your products or services and automatically converts your profile into a Vendor account.

How can I edit or update my profile on RankRizers?

To update your company profile, go to 'My Console' and click on 'My Listings.' From there, you can edit your profile details. Once you're done, make sure to click the 'Submit' button to save your changes.

Note: All updates are reviewed and will go live only after approval.

How do clients find my company on RankRizers?

How long does it take for my RankRizers profile to go live?

Your profile typically goes live within 24 hours after submission, pending review by the RankRizers team for completeness and accuracy.

Note: Any future edits will also go through a brief approval before being published.

Can I remove my company profile from RankRizers?

Yes. To remove your profile, contact the support team via the platform or email [support@rankrizers.com]. Once verified, your listing and content will be either deactivated or deleted permanently based on your request.

Note: RankRizers does not offer refunds upon removal. Please review the refund policy before making a request.

Can I disable my profile temporarily?

Yes. Contact support to disable your profile temporarily. Once disabled, your listing won’t appear in searches or to users. Important: Disabling does not pause or refund your subscription. The active billing cycle remains unchanged.

How do I track my company’s performance?

You can view your dashboard for insights like profile views, clicks, ratings, and reviews—helping you understand what’s working and where to improve.

How do I grant team access to our RankRizers profile?

Currently, only the registered account holder can access the profile. Multi-user access might be introduced in future updates.

What is an RR Crown?

RR Crowns are badges of excellence awarded when your company receives 4-star or 5-star reviews. They signal quality and boost your search rankings.

What are the benefits of earning RR Crowns?

More RR Crowns = higher visibility. They improve your ranking, build credibility, and help potential buyers trust and find your services easily.

How can my company earn RR Crowns?

Every time your company receives a 4/5 or 5/5 review, you earn an RR Crown. Focus on customer satisfaction and encourage detailed feedback.

How does the ‘Upvote’ feature work?

Users can Upvote listings they find helpful.

More upvotes = better visibility in search results. Encourage customers to upvote by keeping your profile updated, engaging with reviews, and providing value.

Note: RankRizers has systems in place to prevent fraudulent upvoting, ensuring fair representation across the platform.

What is the reapprove limit for profile edits on RankRizers?

You can make up to 3 profile edits that go through the approval process each month. Please note:

Only 3 updates with approval are allowed per month.
Unused approvals do not carry forward to the following month.
